Annie is so useful. I think I need to get a ferret who will punish people for telling bad jokes. Although Shango, my first ferret, was perhaps even more useful. She used to bite my dad whenever he tried to play the harmonica or the accordion. Okay, so she also didn’t like it if I used velcro, zippers, turned pages in a book, or shuffled cards, but she wouldn’t bite; she’d just get angry and hiss and ask me to stop. (Shango was hilarious.)
If you didn’t see it on Facebook or Twitter already, DOTU reached one million pageviews last week! Woohoo! Thank you so much for reading, you guys! So to celebrate, this week’s TWC voting incentive is a quick sketch that again has Pogo interacting with my Google Analytics page statistics. I personally get a kick out of it. 🙂
In other news, I finished the draft of the Art of Death sequel yesterday! It came in at 90,612 words, which is roughly 8,000 words longer than Art of Death. And I write sparse drafts, so the final usually tends to be a little longer than the draft. I have about ten days to edit and submit, which isn’t as much time as I’d like, but it’s doable.
